Non-Returnable Items

- Opened or used vaping devices
- Hygiene-related or consumable products
- Clearance or final-sale items

2. How to Initiate a Return

Refund Processing

- Refund processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Types

4. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for products that arrive damaged or defective.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the product.
- Exchanges are limited to the same product model, subject to availability.

6. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
